Hello. I would like to know where is this package that was sent to Brazil on 03/07/2020 but has not yet arrived in the country.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO873784867CN was shipped from China to Brazil on Mar 5. It is still in Guangzhou airport.

Since coronavirus, China has cancelled most international airlines from China. parcels have worst delay in history. Our latest arrival report shows average waiting time to Brazil is about 64 days. Most delayed parcel might take 4 months to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to paypal for refund. otherwise keep waiting.
