hello pls help me find my parcel,, the seller sent on sept 4, but til now i havent recieve it.

LO119111743CN was shipped from Shenzhen China to Hong Kong on Sep 13. Normally it should arrive Hong kong in 2 to 3 days. But Hong Kong Post does not show arrival info. The parcel might be lost.

I suggest wait one more week. If you can not get it by Sep 30, open dispute for refund.
