What does it mean?, attempt of delivery was only on the 10 Sep and nothing so far....

South Africa post website shows the parcel RV117570865CN arrived JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on Sep 10. You need contact South Africa Post to pickup your parcel.
