This parcel should have been sent to canada, but royal mail have sent it to China by mistake....help please

Hi please can you update...royal mail claim that their system says that the parcel was sent from China to Vancouver on 17th December but has never arrived in Vancouver. They will do nothing to help. Can you confirm please that it was definitely sent so that I can chase directly with canada post, thanks

RN511087837GB left China on Dec 17. it should be returned to UK. you will get the return in 4 to 8 weeks.

Normally return parcel will go through railway or sea.

I have tried to get royal mail to investigate but they are dreadful and will not investigate. Is it possible for me to obtain the details of how china post returned this to either the uk or canada and for me to try and trace the parcel myself? Thanks
