Please , help me track my order LZ035090001CN .I ordered 06/07 and I have no update ! The link just says On Route . What does that even mean ? When should I expect my parcel ? Is this fraud ??

LZ035090001CN arrived in Greece on July 25. It is waiting for import customs clearance. please wait 2 to 3 more days to see new update.

thank you for the reply ! I have not received it yet though! Shall I contact the customs here in Greece ??

LZ035090001CN was delivered by ELTA on Aug 6.
