I ordered a package from you on October 19, 2019. I would like to know where it is and how much longer I have to wait. The tracking no. is LW766308184CN. Please let me know ASAP. Thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW766308184CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to US on Nov 1.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.
