I have been waiting for my package says it has been shipped status says in route from 4/22. Has the product been returned? Should I ask for refund?

LY112862782CN was sent to Shanghai airport May 2nd. It is still waiting for flight space to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled most airlines to USA, China Post has some delay. Our stat shows average waiting to USA is about 6 weeks. You need wait some more time.
