http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY450773247CN shows the number was shipped from Guangzhou to Kenya on Dec 15.

Now is rush season, shipping time from Guangzhou to Kenya can take 2 to 8 weeks. you need wait some more days.
