My item says its "in transit - departed waypoint" in Hangzhou City on March 5th 2020 and hasn't changed since? any update on this?

I have the same issue with a package stuck in guangzhou since March 19th。。。
But since I live near an airport I can tell you that there is very limited air traffic, and I'm not seeing any flights from Asia coming in, so most probably we gotta wait until restrictions by foreign ministries are removed

LO873225182CN is still in Hangzhou airport waiting for flight to Spain.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Europe. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives Spain, Correos Spain website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
