My sons Christmas gift was delivered to the wrong address let alone wrong state. I can't get anyone to just ship me another one out. I don't want the money ibwant my sonschristmas. My son is disabled and that's all he got to do.

You need to open dispute to marketplace or call your bank for non-arrival order refund. The seller printed wrong address in the parcel.

I have done everything that was told to do still no response then when I call the carrier they tell me call carrier. No one is helping me solve my problem
