I ordered I products January 20th 2020 I was given I tracking number which is LS221228235CN. it has not been shipped it's saying that it's coming from China Post I've contacted them a couple times I gave them the order number also and I haven't received a response it hasn't even left China so if I can get a refund that would be great I don't want to have to pursue this any longer but I will if I have to I did get a new bank card so the card that they charge is no longer working after they took the money we went the next day to get another one because the bank called and ask if it was okay to let this transaction go through. Obviously I had a funny feeling being scammed so that way they didn't have access to that card anymore to be able to get any more money out of it we went and got another one it was only $22 and some change almost $23 but it's the point I've being taken advantage of and they're using your company's name I don't know how you guys will allow that I have screenshots and pictures of everything and they were going by the name of @marketsmusic on Instagram. And now I cant get a response. It looks bad for your company. Thank You
