Hi there,
I've got a notification that LZ251747353CN has been delivered. However there's no package delivered and the location of 3029 is a postcode for a different state. We have not received any notification that there is another courier involved. Can I please get some further information on this delivery?

Australia Post website shows LZ251747353CN was delivered MANOR LAKES VIC on June 16.

If you are not in MANOR LAKES VIC, it means the seller printed wrong address label in the parcel because Australia Post might deliver parcel to wrong street number but normally won't deliver the parcel to wrong city.

You need open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund.
