Post RC531109545CN showing unsuccessful delivery

On tracking the parcel, i saw it has arrived Nigeria but they commented Unsuccessful delivery. I was at the Post Office on 27th March to make enquiry and i was told that they have not received the parcel with tracking number RC531109545CN. This is my first time of using China air post mail. Where can i get the parcel? I actually wrote a delivery address when ordering and i hav checked the delivery address today and there is no mistake. Please assist. Expecting your response soon.

It shows it Nigeria Post website that the parcel arrived Nigeria on Mar 24. I don't know why they told you the parcel has not arrived.
