When checking the status of this shipment with the tracking number RC481513525CN , it says that it has been Sent to airline Beijing 2014-02-27. Since then the status has not changed. It has never happened to me before that a shipment has this status for so long without any update. Is my shipment stucked at the airport, or where could it be?

sometimes status might change after 3 weeks, your case is still normal, please be patient.

Still no status update. My shipment has passed both Export Security Scan and Export Customs Scan but has still not been departed.The status is Sent for airline and has been so now for almost 3 weeks.

It has never happened before that any shipment has been stuck on the airport like this before.Does anyone know how long the time limit is before one can claim a refund?

if you still do not get the parcel 3 weeks after "sent to airline" date, you can open a dispute with paypal or aliexpress. it is likely to be lost.
