Hello there!
I want to know what is going on with my parcel, because it has no movement for a 30 days already. Its tracking number is: RB954149910SG
Last update is from 29.04.2020 and says that it has departed from country of origin. It also has not received EDI-number yet which is very strange. Is it lost or something else?

RB954149910SG has nothing to do with China Post. It looks like singapore Post tracking number.

Some China seller use singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel should arrive singapore first, then transit to destination country through singapore Post system.

You can not see shipping record until parcel arrives singapore. This might take one or two more weeks.

Once it enters singapore Post system, you can track your parcel in singapore Post website.
