I bought item and it send in Dec 26, 2019 from Nanjing Fuqiao Post Office next station is Dec 31, 2019 from In transit - Arrived at the waypoint Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station then is pause to February 20 with info - Exported from the departure country and next is silence 🙁 why my first parcel from China is lost ????

I think in January that is lost but in February I get information so I was happy.

RA568636641CN was shipped in Dec 2019. If you have not got it, it must be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

yes, but despite the long shipping deadline in February (i.e. after 3 months) I received information that the shipment is in Shanghai.
