私の不手際で荷物を受け取ることができず日本での保管期限を過ぎたためおそらく返送になっているかと思います。ストアで追跡をしたところImport terminatedと表記されています。
こちらの商品ですが再送いただくことは可能でしょうか？また、この商品の所在はわかりますでしょうか。

Due to my oversight, I was unable to receive the package, and since the storage period in Japan has expired, I believe it has likely been returned. When I checked the tracking status on the store’s website, it says “Import terminated.”
Would it be possible to reship this item? Also, do you know where this item is currently located?

I apologize for bothering you during your busy schedule, but I would appreciate it if you could look into this.

Japan Post office returned LP410080724CN to original shipper on Oct 4th because nobody pickup the item. You can contact Japan Post and see if they can help you to stop the return.

If Japan Post can not stop the return, the parcel will be returned to the orignal shipping post office. You need to ask someone in that original city to pickup the item and tehn ship the parcel again. China Post can not automatically re-ship the item.
