I placed an order on April 15, 2020 and have not received it as of today, May 12th. The tracking number is UJ306958819CN. The Invoice No. is c12466652315701.1. The package is a purse and payment of $29.98 sent to Duotongguan. Can you PLEASE help me. If I do not hear anything back within 24 hours, I will assume this is a scam and request a refund. Thank.....Janet Horne

UJ306958819CN was shipped on April 23.

this kind of tracking number starting with U is called China Post ordinary small parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
