I'm having problems tracking my package. Everytime time i insert my package number to track it, it says no shipment record. What's going on? Where is my package? My package number is LY299715261CN

no shipment record means your seller did not ship you anything. you should be cautious of fraud.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track any record in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

You should pay with paypal. Otherwise it is very difficult for you to get protected when you found seller is a cheater.
