Can you please help me find the parcel tracking #LA011332105CN using China Post Registered Air Mail as carrier. It shows that the shipment cancelled. What is the problem? Please ship the parcel to the destination

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY360057805CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
