Hey! I sent by Polish Post (8th of January 2026) package number
CP308976695PL (. It wasn't received yet. It is still in custom till 21st January 2026. How can I find out what's wrong?

CP308976695PL arrived in China on Jan 21. But the recipient has never made customs clearance. the parcel was returned to poland by ocean ship on Mar 26. It will take about 2 to 3 months to reach Poland.
