Hello,
i have problems with my order. If i check on your tracking sistem it is written, that packet is in Slovenia, but my post ofice in Slovenia tell me, that order is not in Slovenia.
Parcel number is RV356247140CN

Please tell me what is wrong with my order, because it was sent from china in march...

I know that the tracing result of "arrival of destination" is a little bit confusing. Actually RV356247140CN has not arrived Slovenia yet. The destination just means some middle hub of China-Europe railway network(It is very likely to be Poland-Belarus boarder station). You still need wait 10 to 20 days to get the parcel.

But packet was sent to Slovenia by air in march. So where is problem?

Covid19 virus has cancelled 90% airline to Europe. China Post has no airline space . So many air parcel were sent to railway.

at least 10 days. the parcel is very possible in Poland and Belarus border. As airlines between china and Europe have stopped, many airmail parcels were sent to railway. The EU customs in Poland border becomes extremely busy these days. Your parcel might have some further delay. Please be patient.

the situation changes everyday. Right now airlines between China and Europe are still in bad situation. I believe many parcels will still go through railway. But covid19 situation in Europe seems become better day by day and airlines might restart their service next month. If airlines is back to normal, then China Post airmail parcel will be shipped through air in near future.
