RV310915939CN can't cross the border. Refund for security reasons. What could be the reason?

Safety reject normally caused by battery, magnet product, chemical, liquid etc. Sometimes is just by scanning machine mistake.

your parcel was sent to airline again on Jan 22. Not sure if it will pass the scan this time. you need wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If you can not get this parcel by end of Feb, you need open dispute for refund.
