How do I obtain more details of Proof of Delivery? The tracking number I have doesn't really work on the UK Royal Mail site, which I believe to be the local delivery service, but all other tracking services tells me the parcel has been delivered and proof of delivery obtained.

I'm also not entirely sure about the tracking as it starts with AS and not R which I would have expected reading the reference number guidelines.

So, my problem is that it appears to have been delivered on 19/04, however, as I haven't got a working reference number I am unable to raise it with Royal Mail. If possible I could do with proof of delivery, confirmation of UK delivery service and a UK tracking number?
