Hello.

I made two orders on aliexpress since the first week of august. Based on timeline both parcels should has been delivered by now but I only got one of the parcels.

This is the order number of my second parcel yet to be delivered UR702755445CN.

I would really appreciate if I get a swift response.

UR702755445CN was shipped on Aug 9.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
