I got an emailon April 9th saying my package has been shipped with a tracking number. But when i put that tracking number in it says No shipping record. It has been almost 3 weeks since the email alone not to mention when the order was placed could someone please tell me what is going on.

without tracking number, it is difficult to address your problem.

Normally "no shipping record" means your seller did not ship you anything.

Sorry thought i put it in there tracking number is LS302754673CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS302754673CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
