Hi, I shipped a package of 3 stuff toys from USA to a friend in China but since April 28, the status has remained: 'CHINA, BEIJING, Departed -> Your item departed a transfer airport in CAPITAL, BEIJING, CHINA on April 28, 2020 at 2:36 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.'

I contacted USPS and they said the package is probably with China Post. I wrote the address in both English and Mandarin. Is there any way to track this package and get further details? Thanks!

China Post has no arrival record of UA437645172US. This is very weird. It might be lost in Beijing customs. I suggest you contact USPS to file an investigation.

What does it mean if it's lost? USPS said they can't do anything once it is another country :( What else should I do? Please help :((
