Can you please check where my parcel is:
It was at clearance in China in August. Since then nothing was updated on the DHL page.

CR914998056DE arrived in Ninbo on Sep 25. The recipient has never made customs clearance.

Please ask the recipient to use 掌上海关APP to make online customs clearance or call 0574-87898537、83883818 for help.
