CA001277020JE arrived in China customs in Fuzhou on July 31. it is stil waiting for receiver to make customs clearance and duty payment. The delay might be caused by following reasons:
1)The shipper forgot to write receiver's cell phone number in the parcel. China Post needs to send a security code to receiver's cell phone. In many cases, China Post can't even find the receiver without mobile phone number.
If this is your case, you need to ask receiver to call 11185 to contact China Post.

By the way, shipper can't make customs clearance and pay duty.

2)Receiver doesn't want to receive the parcel. So he/she doesn't make customs clearance.
In such case, the parcel will be returned to shipper after 2 to 3 months.
