My tracking shows it’s been sitting in customs USA since December. Tracking number is UW223835410CN. What can I do to get my package? It’s been since December so it’s before covid19.

UW223835410CN arrived USA on Dec 31. If you have not got it , it must be lost. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
