My tracking number CP403486429CN hasn't updated in a month. I ordered this package in January. Last update I can find is from 4-11-20 and says "Outbound Flight Departed". I would like to know if it is still stuck somewhere in China, or if it has made it to my country and waiting for my mail service to get to it. Please help. I am starting to think this is a scam.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php your parcel CP403486429CN was sent to SHANGHAI airport on April 11. It is still in SHANGHAI airport since then.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china to USA. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.
