tracking number LO820095830CN is shown as being in sorting centre since 17/03. please advise at what i can do

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your seller shipped LO820095830CN from Shenzhen on Mar 17. It is still in Hong Kong airport waiting for flight space to Australia.

Covid-19 has cancelled most of the airlines from China to Australia, many parcels shipped in February are still in China, you might wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives Australia, Australia Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
