I need information on order LS173338980CN!!
Is KATIEnCo. a legit company has there ever been packages delivered from this company to the US???

I placed an order with KATIEnCo on Nov 18 have not received my order or any information that the package is moving. My credit card was charged 2 days after I ordered I will be disputing that charge if I do not receive my order soon or any information about this order. Ugh sooo frustrating!! Hoping I wasn’t scammed☹️

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS173338980CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Hangzhou office to US on Dec 15.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

such no-information period can take 20 to 30 days . Once USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
