Hello,

Could someone help me, please?
I bought items from EBAY last month.
The seller gave me WINIT tracking number : ID15136100029491CN
But after so many researched, I manage to realize that this is not the real tracking number
My real tracking number : UT689926854CN

It stuck forever in
11/28 /: "Airlines pay plan, plan flight number GA899, planned departure time 15:45 "

2019-11-28 21:43
Shenzhen, planned flight, planned flight number GA899, scheduled departure time 15:45

2019-11-27 00:19
Shenzhen, leaving the Shenzhen International Bulk Mail Processing Center, the next stop , Shenzhen International

2019-11-26 21:42
Shenzhen, "Shenzhen International Bulk Mail Processing Center" has received, agent: WB land grain

When I asked the seller, he told me to wait for a little bit longer. But come on! It's already a month now.

I know (after so many digging) UT (or basically any tracking number started with U) is unregistered. I don't know if the parcel already left China so i can't track it anymore or it just get lost?

The seller gave me deadline till 15 January. Honestly, I'm so disappointed and upset. I shouldn't order through Ebay.

UT689926854CN was sent to airline to Indonesia on Nov 28.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left China. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. Both China and destination country give very low priority to sort and deliver this kind of parcel. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to ebay for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
