http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO375533620CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Israel on Oct 30.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Israel Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Israel). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Israel Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Israel Post website will show its new status with Israel location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
