My order status says it has been cancelled and I received an email saying it was because no one could confirm the address. However, I could not access the link to confirm my address in the email. Is it still possible to receive my order?

LP743663037CN was returned from Singapore to China because shipper printed incomplete address. You need to claim refund from seller or ask seller to ship a new replacement.
