The tracking number RV960636831CN hasn’t updated for nearly 2 weeks, please check if there is a problem and what should i do to fix this? Thanks.

RV960636831CN can not pass customs scan in Beijing Airport. It was returned to Shenzhen. I suggest you open dispute to seller for refund.
