I received notification email from online store, telling me the item tracking number on 16 Sep, 2019. Today is 3 Oct, 2019 so 17 days are passed, but this tracking number is still cannot be found. I wonder what is the status now and I am worry that I am victim of scam :(

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO160958525CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

Many thanks for the reply. In fact I contacted seller to follow the case yesterday and received a reply today after posting my issue to this forum.

They explained the parcel was returned from China Post, and will send it again through fast logistic. (plus sorry blah blah blah). Dunno if I really can receive the item shortly but just hope against hope.

Well online shopping has its shortfall and safety issue but we can’t neglect its convenience to some extent. This is the first time I encounter this problem.

now is china national holiday. your seller has not shipped anything yet. I don't think you can get this parcel very soon. If your time is urgent, you should open dispute for refund.

Thanks! Thank you for your advice! I am not quite urgent with it because the item is for self-use only. Just not very patience in the long waiting with little bit anxious.
