Can you help me find out when I will receive this package which I placed the order over a month ago? My tracking number is LY028879350CN. Thank you!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY028879350CN shows your seller delayed shipment for 2 weeks. the parcel was just shipped on Mar 31. It still in China waiting for flight space to USA.

Now China cancelled 90% airlines to USA to stop virus spreading. you might need wait some more time. Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund, otherwise keep waiting.
