The tracking number RV943959488CN shows that parcel keeps arriving in same places, so it can’t pass security check point, but when i track it still says “in transit”. My question is what will happen to the parcel? Will it forever arrive in same places or when will it be returned to the sender? Is there a chance i can receive it? Thank you.

RV943959488CN is keep looping between Beijing and Zhengzhou for more than one month. This is bad news. Based on my experience, most of such looping parcel can not reach destination. You'd better open dispute to seller for refund.
