Hi, i ordered a package on 7 gen 2020 but it isn't still arrived.
On sunyou tracking there is the voice "Pickup", but I don't know how can I take my package.
I tried to write and to call them but the number does not exists and the email anyone has replyed me since 2 month.
The traking no is SYRM100518563
I hope someone can help me. Thank you all

SYRM100518563 is not from China Post. It is from a private shipping company called Sunyou.

Sunyou website shows the parcel arrived Italy on Jan 26 but never delivered. Normally this means the parcel is lost. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
