I ordered an item in May on the 12th. I haven't received my item yet, and I can't get assistance from the shop. I check my status for my item it says delivery is still at China post, but it says waiting for details. It's been saying waiting for details since the order was processed. I still haven't received my item. Where is it? My tracking number is AM583920164CN and my order number is L5526.

AM583920164CN has no shipping record in china post system. It is a fake number. You need to be cautious of scam!
