I have not yet received this package: UW106529108CN

Ordered on November 11 from seller on Aliexpress.

I started a dispute, and then the seller contacted me, they said:

"Dear friends,
Can you cancel the dispute?
We contacted the post office and their reply was in progress.
The post office is very slow. Can you try to ask the post office for a package?
There are many reasons for delaying logistics information, please don't worry
We will help you track the package until you receive the package."

Is this true, is the package still in progress? Should I cancel my dispute and wait, or ask for a refund?

you need keep the dispute in Aliexpress, the parcel might be lost. If you get the parcel later, then repay your seller.
