Post Parcel tracking stopped

My parcel.... tracking no. LX095473516CN is not being tracked any more. I understand this is a difficult time for everybody but the money was taken from my account three weeks ago and I have no more information. I need to know what is happening.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX095473516CN was shipped from Chengdu to UK on April 12. It was sent to Beijing airport on April 15. it is still in Beijing airport waiting for flight to UK.

covid19 has forced china to have cancelled more than 90% international airlines. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel in future, you can pay back the money to seller.
