My parcel tracking number is ZS24313009699 but I can’t track it but it’s supposed to be out for delivery

ZS24313009699 was delivered in ENG TS7 8RR on Oct 20.

If you didn't get the parcel, you must be a victim of a complicated shopping scam. The cheater shipped some cheap junk to another address in your area because he/she needs a "Delivered" tracking result in order to get payment from online payment authority(paypal, shopify etc).
