What does that mean?
Item returned from Customs (import)
The parcel needs to be delivered urgently.
There is no update since 16th of March
Please help!

CS253219133DE is in China Post Donguang office. Please ask receiver go to 东莞市桥头揽投部 to pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise it will be returned to Germany.

If the English address can not be translated back to correct Chinese Address , or address is wrong and receiver can be contacted by mobile phone call, then receiver must contact China Post to arrange pickup or re-delivery.

I got told that our client called you for clarification and that the parcel will be sent to the address mentioned on the delivery documents. Could you please confirm and updated the delivery status?
