Hi,

My order CP409172803CN has been sent on 9 April, I understand that lots of flights have been cancelled due to Covid-19 issues. Just want to know is there any information around how long will it take to arrive France now?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php your parcel CP404695967CN was sent to France from SHANGHAI on April 9. It is still in SHANGHAI airport since then.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% airlines from china to France. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to Aliexpress/paypal for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
