Post Parcel taking forever...

We sent a parcel to China on 28th August and it still appears not to have arrived. What can be taking so long?

I appeared to be stuck in customs for ages and then seemed possibly to have gone to Shanghai.

I have tried the China Post tracking again, but it now says there is no shipping record.

The code is LY016870662DE. Can you help?

LY016870662DE arrived Guangzhou on Aug 22. It seems the parcel failed delivery or receiver does not want this parcel. It was returned to Germany on Oct 22. You need wait about 4 to 8 weeks to get the return.
