My parcel with tracking number RV965123581CN has been stuck in Shanghai for the last 30 days. I'm growing really petulant with the pathetic service you guys have been doing and need to know if I'll ever get my parcel in the near future. Improve your service!

First off complaining here does not bring anything as this is not an official site.
Second it has not been stuck it is still moving. but mostly in the terms of getting returned to the sender

RV965123581CN was rejected by Shanghai airport safety scan check point for many times. it has something not allowed. You should open dispute to seller for refund
