Hello,

I have parcel that is an RMA (return of malfunctioning goods to manufacturer) stuck in Shanghai, with the actual destination being Taipei, Taiwan. Package is LA055063022GB. It was dispatched from the UK to Taiwan. It’s now been stuck in the “Item held at inward office of exchange, SHANGHAI” status for over a week.
What is going on with it? Will it be forwarded correctly or returned?

LA055063022GB was sent to Fuzhou airport on Mar 1st. If you write destination Taiwan, it will arrive destination in about 3 to 5 days.
